Goal Recap 1/27-2/2

It is so important to check back in with your goals. If you don't take note on your progress or evaluate once it is over, it will be hard to progress and move forward. Here is how I did with my goals from last week.


Mental Health: I got further into this book. I also nailed down the Health Insurance plan I want for J and I, however K always thinks of more and more questions to ask after I've already been on the phone with the insurance company lady for an hour...lovely... :)

Physical Health: I accomplished my goal of going to the gym 5 days a week and stuck to our menu! Totally random, on Friday I went to do Aquafit and the pool area smelled like burnt rubber, after 25 minutes the teach finally canceled the class because she couldn't take it. So that was a bit of a bust, but I had brought all my stuff to shower and get ready, so J and I had a nice little morning together. Weird.

Emotional Health: Alright, now when I started this blog I wanted to make sure I kept it real. So here I go. I'm slightly embarrassed to say that, while I did accomplish my goal of doing 2 out of the ordinary nice acts for K, it was kind of hard to think of stuff to do. So we'll be revisiting that one again. Keeping it real, peeps.

Spiritual Health: I continued on with my scripture journal and I am still loving it! I did not do that great about remembering to say my prayer in the morning though. I think I might have to set an alarm in my phone. I did it some days on the way to the gym. But it seriously takes me less than 2 minutes to get to the gym, so these weren't exactly very sincere and thought provoking prayers. So that baby is going on the goals for this week too...keeping it real!
