Goal Recap 1/20-1/26

It is so important to check back in with your goals. If you don't take note on your progress or evaluate once it is over, it will be hard to progress and move forward. Here is how I did with my goals from last week.

Mental Health: I did good at staying under budget so I had more spending money in Portland. I could have done better if some unexpected grocery items hadn't come up after I had already gone to the store and made my weekly menu, but I still did pretty good. Goal met!

Physical Health: I went to the gym 5 days a week! I've been pretty impressed with how well I did considering I had to go to the gym by myself twice and that can be hard for me to do. Goal met!

Our dinners were all over the place last week! K had to do some crazy late nights/early mornings at work, so that kind of threw off our groove. The good news is that now I can use those ideas for this week. Goal not met.


But I don't feel too bad about it...look how tired he was. This was at about 7 pm. He went and had a full days work, got home about 6:15 (a little later than usual), went back to work at 9:30, came home at 3 am, went back to work at 10 am. Love that guy!

Spiritual Health: I wrote in my scripture journal every day. I really am loving that thing, I'll have to elaborate more in another post, but I did meet my goal there.
